My favorite activity this semester was the story called Lamb to the Slaughter it is about a pregnant wife that kills her police chief husband in the 1950`s . I liked it because it was kinda a little bit of a story of scandal and murder which are to things I love in a story . In the story the husband tells his six month pregnant wife that he is leaving her without a reason but he tells her that she will always be taken care of. After that she tries to act normal but it starts to feel surreal when her husband tells her he doesn't want her to fix him any supper so she strikes him from behind with the lamb leg that she was fixing him . It kills him instantly and she must set up an alibi and worries if she gets caught what will happen to her unborn baby if she goes to prison . She has the police feeling sorry for her and believing her and in the end they eat the weapon without even knowing it .

I'm glad you like the story. I remember reading it a long time ago and was glad to find it again so you guys could read it.
Nice job on the post. Well written. Good picture. The citation needs to be just the name of the website instead of the URL.
